Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. 

All items (excluding custom items & orders) may be returned for a full refund of the item price. The item(s) must be in original condition with no signs of wear. You must contact me within 14 days of delivery and return the item to the specified address with a tracking number within 21 days. Shipping fees will not be refunded or reimbursed.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items and custom orders.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any issues with your order. I pride myself on my customer service so please allow me the chance to make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once your item has been returned to us and your refund approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at thecosmicvista@hotmail.com.
